Girls Program Overview:

Club Philosophy:
The Chester/Mendham Lacrosse League is a non-profit 501C3, recreational lacrosse club.  We maintain that there is a place for everyone in the Chester/Mendham Lacrosse program, regardless of your daughter's skill, experience or athletic ability.  All she needs is a desire to play and a willingness to respect the game.

At the girls lower grade levels, the emphasis will be on having fun, learning the tradition of the game, skill development and either inter-squad or mini-tournament level competitive play.  At the older levels, checking is introduced in the girls game and games are more competitive.  The emphasis will be on skill development, fun and preparedness for games.  No prior lacrosse experience or special athleticism is required.  Good sporstmanship on the part of all players, coaches and fans are always the standard.

Registration Timing/Late Fees/Return Policy:

Chester/Mendham Youth Lacrosse online registration for the Spring 2017 season will begin November.  Our registration deadline is January 15th this year.  We ask that you register on time because our ability to schedule games, recruit sufficient coaches and trainers and obtain fields depends on our knowledge of the number of players that will play on each team.  If both the coach and the league president approves, we will welcome new players but after Jan. 15th there is a $50 late fee.

Should you wish to withdraw your child from the program prior to Feb. 1st, we will refund your registration fee (by check) minus the $25 US Lacrosse Youth Membership Fee and a $15 credit card processing fee.  After Feb. 1st, there will be no refunds.

US Lacrosse Youth Membership:

The New Jersey Junior Lacrosse Leagues require that each player, coach and program have US Lacrosse Association insurance and membership.   League games will not be sanctioned under US Lacrosse Your Council guidelines without this coverage due to liability concerns.  Therefore, Chester/Mendham Lacrosse requires that all players be registered.  This membership provides the league insurance and players a subscription to the quarterly magazine Lacrosse.  To simplify the registration process for you, we have integrated the US Lacrosse registration form and payment into our league's registration.

Program Description/Costs:

Please note that the below fees include the $25 US Lacrosse Membership Fee which is processed as a separate transaction within online registration.  Should you wish to withdraw your child from the program prior to Feb. 1st, we will refund your registration fee only (by check) minus the $25 US Lacrosse Membership Fee.   After Feb. 1st, there will be no refunds.
